CHANGING YOUR SURVEY COMPLETION MESSAGE

Step 1: Navigate to the Survey

You can navigate to the Surveys Page by clicking Survey icon at the top of the webpage.

This will redirect you to a list of your surveys. Find your survey in the list. You’ll need to go to the Settings page for the survey you want to update.

You can get to the Settings page from the Survey list by clicking on the “Settings” icon next to the survey.

Or you can get to the “Settings” page from the Survey list by clicking on the “Design” icon next to the survey and then clicking on the “Setting” Icon on the left-hand side of the page.

Using either of the above options will redirect you to the Settings page.

Step 2: Select the Action & Update Your Message

Navigate down the page to the section with the title “Survey Complete.”

Under “Survey Complete” you’ll see the words “Completion Actions.” This is a dropdown that allows you to choose what you want to happen when the survey is completed.

Enter or update your message within the field below.

Navigate to a URL

Enter the URL for the webpage you want to redirect the participant to and enter or update your message within the field.

Direct Survey Linking

When you select “Direct Survey Linking” the panel below the “Completion Actions” dropdown will change to reflect the choice of “Direct Survey Linking.” Another Dropdown will appear.

Select the survey you want to redirect the participant to.

Random Survey Assignment

Enter or update your message within the field. Select multiple surveys that you want randomized. Your selected surveys will be listed below next to the “Selected Surveys” heading.

No Further Action Needed

There is no further action needed. Changes are autosaved.
