Step 1: Navigate to the Survey

You can navigate to the Surveys page by clicking “Survey” at the top of the webpage.

This will redirect you to a list of your surveys. Find your survey in the list and select it.

Step 2: Navigate to Survey Settings

Once you’ve selected your survey you will be redirected to the “Designer” page for your selected survey. From here, to edit the settings that are specific to the survey, you can click on the survey title at the top of the design space, the open space to the right of the survey title, or the settings icon at the top right-hand corner of the design space.

The sidebar header will reflect the part of the survey you have selected. To update your survey settings, the header will need to say “SURVEY,” as indicated below.

Step 3: Randomize Questions

In the Survey Settings in the sidebar, select “Question Settings.”

The question settings panel will appear beneath the “Question Settings” header. Select “Random” under “Question order.”
