Navigate to the login page using the web address app.psychdata.com.

Click the link that says “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the page, pictured below.

This will redirect you to a page that asks for the email address associated with your account. Enter it and follow the instructions on the screen and click the “Send Recovery Email” button. 

At this point, you should receive an email. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
