Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

Each plan includes a set number of emails per month. If you would like to increase your email responses, you can purchase a package of additional emails.

To do this, click on your “Account Settings” icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

From the dropdown that appears, select “Billing.”

This will redirect you to a page with a menu on the left-hand side of the page, picture below. Select “Usage & Add-Ons.”

 Step 2: Select Your Plan

This page will display the number of emails you have per month and when they will renew.

As seen below, you can make a selection from one of the options for additional emails. Or, if you need
a bigger plan than is proposed, you can use the link to email us and discuss higher volume plans.

Step 3: Checkout

Once you’ve selected your plan, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
