You can rearrange questions by using the drag-and-drop feature as you please before your survey goes live. Just click on the 6 dots at the top-center of the question area and drag the question where you want it to appear in the survey.
If your survey happens to be a long survey, you can relocate a question by accessing the “Layout” panel in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the design screen and selecting the page from the dropdown.
However, once your survey goes live, if you reorder the questions of the survey the export will be inaccurate.
